Method for preservation of user assets for prepaid payment instruments

viviON, inc. shall use all prepaid payment instruments (limited to those issued for a fee) issued by viviON, inc. as of the reference date calculated based on the Fund Settlement Act (as of March 31st and September 30th of each year). ), viviON, inc. protect the funds entrusted to us by our customers by depositing at least one-half (not necessarily the full amount) of the unused balance. In the event that our company's business goes bankrupt, customers who hold prepaid payment instruments have the right to receive payment from this deposit (issuance guarantee deposit) in advance of other creditors with respect to their unused balances.

Policy for handling compensation for losses incurred due to unfair transactions, etc.

In the event that losses occur due to fraudulent transactions by a third party with respect to prepaid payment instruments issued by viviON, inc., viviON, inc. will not be responsible for such losses, unless the cause is attributable to viviON, inc.
However, if viviON, inc. deems that there are special circumstances, viviON, inc. may exceptionally provide compensation, and the conditions and method in such cases will be determined by viviON, inc. at its sole discretion.
